Implants or fat transfer - Which would be best to permanently thicken lips? (photos)

My main concern is that my chin looks too big from my side profile. It’s looks protruding and masculine, and makes my thins look quite thin. I don’t necessarily want to make my lips bigger, I just want my lower lip to look thicker and closer to my chin (so that my chin would look smaller). And also some extra thickness for my top lip as well, but mainly my concern is my lower. Also how much would these precedures cost? Thanks
