Could I have a revision rhinoplasty? My nose tip is short and swollen

Hi i have had rhinoplasty and wanted to know if i could have revision as the tip is short and swollen and nostrils look huge and pig like. It has been over 3 and a half months

While three months may seem like a long time to wait to see the full results of your rhinoplasty, it is possible to have residual swelling for up to one year. Rest assured the swelling will go down at some point, revealing your new nose shape. If you are still not happy with the results of your surgery once you hit the one-year mark, that would be the time to consult with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who has expertise in revision rhinoplasty for further assessment.
