Could I have a revision rhinoplasty? My nose tip is short and swollen

Hi i have had rhinoplasty and wanted to know if i could have revision as the tip is short and swollen and nostrils look huge and pig like. It has been over 3 and a half months

I have found that small elevations of the nasal can be done simply in the office with internal stitches only and no need for a nasal splint.  Oral sedatives help.  In your situation that may be a good solution as it seems that you are  otherwise happy with the nose.
