Can Renuva be used to fill out my butt and hips? (Photos)

I had a BBL recently and very little fat stayed in place. I’ve been told Renuva is an option but it is also very expensive. One 5cc syringe is $800. How many syringes (approximately) Would it take to fill out my hips and butt?

Thank you for your question and the photos you provided. It is difficult to determine just how much volume you will need based on these photos rather than a formal evaluation. In my practice, many patients usually need 100- 200 cc per hip to create a curvy “coke bottle” appearance. Renuva is really perfect for small volume tissue defects, so you may need your own fat to be transferred to give you the result you want. Good luck!

Renuva is mostly used to replenish age-related volume loss in the face or hands, and for smoothing and correcting indentations and irregularities in other areas of the body.

Costing varies depending on your doctor and where the doctor's office is located. Currently Renuva is sold out due to popularity. When it becomes available again in January 2021, in phases, costing for 1.5cc will normally range from $900 - $1200.

From your photos, it’s difficult to estimate how much Renuva you would need to fill out your hips and buttocks. Your doctor should be able to give you a better idea of how much Renuva is needed to achieve your goals during your consultation.
