How many cup sizes can you go up without stretching the skin for Breast Augmentation?

I measure 35'' they sit a little low if you ask me, and just look so.. almost tubular I guess but not quite, cause most of the tissue seems to be at the bottom and the nipples, so almost flat I've looked up before and after pics of girls like me, the ones that I liked the best, were the big ones, the Ds but I know breast implant don't last forever, and if you cant replace them right away.. so how big can I go without the stretching after they have to be removed because of whatever it may be.

There are two considerations here. One - how much increase can you have at one surgery. 2 - How much long lasing effect on the skin.1 - There are many variables on going much larger on a first surgery. I do many very large implants and it is my experience that the average patient can go much larger at one surgery than many surgeons believe/feel comfortable with. Having said that, there is a reasonable limit. You would need to be examined to determmine that.2 - Over time, there is long lasting tisue effect from almost any implant unless tiny. It is simply the larger the implant, the more change there is. There is also the contribution of the genetics of your own skin elasticity.

Thank you for your question.  Breast augmentation with implants enlarges the breasts not unlike the expansion of the breast that occurs with pregnancy and milk production.Just as following pregnancy and breast-feeding the breasts skin can become loose and sag, so after removal of breast implants there can be laxity of the breast following removal..The larger the breast implant the more potential for stretching of the skin and the more likely looseness of the breast skin after implant removal.It is difficult to give you an exact size range.  However anecdotally expanding the breast by 1 or 2 cup sizes  with breast implants in the 250-350 cc range is, in my experience less likely to cause excessive stretching of the breast skin than is very large breast implants in the 500-700 cc range.Of course in younger patients who do not have breast implants in place for a long time the skin can retract and regain some of the normal shape after breast implant removal.
