I am covered in spots and freckles. What laser and or peel goes deep enough to remove them?

The upper chest region or decollete (decolletage), similar to the neck, is an area more prone to scarring if treated aggressively, such as with lasers and medium to deep peels. On the other hand, a series of superficial peels can much more safely accomplish the evening out of pigmentation, lightening of freckles and lentigines, and even suppress the formation of or treat early actinic keratoses (sun-damage-related premalignancies). Superficial peeling agents include glycolic or salicylic acid in maximal concentrations, Jessner's solution, or low strengths of TCA.
