Mole removed and large indent left on nose — is there a fix? (Photo)

Question

I had a mole removed off my nose, and I wasn't expecting to have such an indent where it was removed. I have tried microneedling (3 treatments) and BBL treatments (I know that's more for pigmentation), but curious what else/procedures would help fix this?

First let me say that I am sorry that this happened. I typically recommend Scalpel Sculpting for removing moles for cosmetic puproses or for biopsies, especially when they are located in cosmetically very prominent regions of the face. 
The good news is that Subcision can be easily used to elevate and smooth the scar. Following this, if necessary, manual Dermastamp microneedling can be performed to better blend the superficial surface color and texture of the scar with the surrounding normal skin. 
You would be wise to make sure to consult with an experienced board certified Dermatologist scar treatment specialist, especially since so many venues out there are busy hawking this or that supposedly "next big thing, " expensive,  fancy-named, fraxel laser or RF gizmo whose hard science to prove it worth lags well behind the heavy marketing hype and social media buzz to promote them.

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis. We see atrophic and hypertrophic scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin.
