If it been a year and the nose has healed without any problems, will it be okay to remove the cartilage graft? It's on the tip of the nose and it's made out of the nasal bone. The surgeon remove my hump nose and lift the tip. I miss my hook nose but I'm nervous that if removing the cartilage graft will put me at risk of the nose collapsing.
