In August 2018 I had a rhinoplasty to correct a hump on my nose and droopy, bulbous tip. Then in March 2021, my surgeon performed a revision to deproject my tip a bit more and correct a hanging columella that developed over time. Now that I'm about a year out, I feel as though my nose looks far too straight and masculine for my face; one of my goals with my initial surgery was to get a nice supratip break, but that has completely disappeared. How can I get my nose closer to how it was before?

Hi @sm8891. Thank you for sharing your photos. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after physical examination.
