I have a port wine stain on the top left side of my scalp. It wouldn't bother me at all if it was entirely covered by my hair, but about half of it spreads past my hairline and onto my forehead where it's visible. It may sound like a small problem but it effects the way I do my hair. (Can never pull it back) and people constantly ask me if I got sunburned on my head. I know a pulsed dye laser is typically used to lighten port wine stains, but will it effect my hair?
