My surgeon said it was a seroma so I went to get it drained but nothing came out Then got an ultra sound which said it was a lipoma and was told it will only get bigger and needed to be removed. While they attempted to cut out the lipoma they discovered it was not a lipoma and appeared to be a large hard collection of scar tissue. tests show its dead fat tissue and scar tissue(tennis ball size)
