Hello, i have some hollowness in my left temple area. i am 29 y\o and the hallowness is not due to losing weight but is simply my bone structure. my left temple just dosent match my right temple and i would like to fix this asymmetry i have. what procedures can i have to fix this issue? i heard about injectable fillers but im kind of leaning towards either fat graffting or permanent custom made implants for my left temple. what would be better? thank you for all the help doctors.

You would need an in-person consultation to determine the answers to your request. Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised if you needed 1-2 syringes of filler depending on the consultation findings. Hyaluronic fillers like those from Restylane and Juvederm are the most common fillers used. ...
Hi @name1234. Thank you for sharing your photos. You have very minimal laugh lines, but if they are bothersome you can correct them with a hyaluronic acid based dermal filler. Restylane Defyne and Refyne both work great in this area. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
