Temple hollowness. What procedures can I have to fix this issue?

Injectables work great and should be able to correct symmetry. My products in order of preference are Voluma, Radiesse, Sculptra. Implants are also an option and would create a permanent result. However, with an implant underlying asymmetries can be difficult to fine tune - your hollow temple might just become your fuller temple. I would recommend starting with a non permanent filler first to make sure you are happy with the final cosmetic result. I routinely use Radiesse and Voluma in this area with immediate correction. As always be sure to only see a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon to ensure the best result. Good luck.

I would strongly recommend starting with fillers to achieve the cosmetic appearance you desire before transitioning to a more long-tern solution. 

Hi, there are several dermal fillers that can be used to fill in hollowness in the temples.  Rdaiesse, Sculptra or Perlane now called Restylane Lft all work well.
