Thank you for sharing your question. As juvederm Ultra Plus is quite thick, if placed correctly it should not migrate.
I would highly recommend getting a formal evaluation with and treatment from a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and expert in facial sculpting. Technique is the key to a successful lip augmentation with fillers, so you'll want to see someone meticulous. An experienced physician will be able to determine which filler, how much filler, and which technique will give you the subtle result you're looking for. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Less viscosity ha filler will spread and migrate more than high viscosity fillers! Kubederm voluma is the most cohesive filler and therefore the least likely to migrate!
Hello and thank you for your question. Filler migration is much more about the place the product is placed rather than the brand of HA filler used. It's best to see an injector that you trust and is experienced than what product they are using. I hope that helps answer your question. Always seek an experienced and qualified medical professional for these treatments. Very best wishes
It is unlikely that the bump by your eye is related to your filler treatment since it has been several months since your injection. However it is best to visit with your injector who can evaluate the situation more closely.
From your photos it does not appear your lips were overfilled. Depending on the filler selected, some have a firmer feel than others. I encourage you to wait the full two weeks for the product to fully settle and soften.
If the filler is all truly dissolved your lip should return to a look similar to before treatment. It's hard to comment specifically with no before/after photos. I encourage you to visit with an expert injector for an evaluation.
