Hi there, I have struggled for the last couple years with these tiny red bumps and have been to two dermatologists, and still not sure what is wrong with my skin and how to treat it properly in order for these red bumps to go away. The first dermatologist I went to told me I have keratosis p. And the other told me I have acne.. I would love a dermatologists opinion or anyone to know what is wrong with my skin. Thank you.
