Have you recommended your patient wear an underwire bra over surgical bra and why?

Post lift with implants. My PS wants me to wear an underwire bra over my surgical bra for a month including while sleeping. Of course he does beautiful work and I trust his experience. Im just curious if any of you do this?

You do not need to wear underwired bras after breast augmentation if you prefer not too. Bras like sports bras provide the firm gentle support that your breasts need.
