Answer: Broken nose from nasal trauma The photographs show a indented nasal bone and twisted nasal bones/cartilage consistent with a broken nose. It is best to seek out an ENT/ facial plastic surgeon for evaluation of the internal and external portion of the nose. You may also have a deviated septum on the inside from the trauma. Best to get it repaired sometime in the next few weeks before it heals crooked.

Answer: Broken Nose? Thank you for your question and for sending photos. I'm sorry about your injury. Nasal fractures are very common. From the pictures it does appear that your nose is broken. Fixing the nose is pretty straight forward, however if has been more than four or five days since the injury, the bones will have begun to heal in the new position and a rhinoplasty would need to be done by a plastic surgeon to straighten the nose. Best to have your nose evaluated as soon as possible. Good luck.

Answer: Broken nose Thanks for the good photos. It appears the bone on one side has been broken and pushed in. If you get it fixed within a few days of the surgery, a formal rhinoplasty isn't necessary, but if you wait the repair gets more complicated.
