Triangle alopecia may be treated with hair transplant surgery or even SMP.  The fee differers widely from doctor to doctor so it would be best to start with seeing a doctor in your area first.

You are correct in that this is classic for triangular alopecia. Hair grafts into this zone are an excellent treatment option. The cost of surgery typically depends on graft number and method of surgery (strip harvest vs FUE). The good news is that you wouldn't require too many grafts to nicely fill the area of alopecia. I recommend making an appointment with a hair transplant specialist to further discuss your options.
