Pain after 2 months of facial fillers?

Thank you for your question and I'm so sorry to hear you are having these issues.  It is possible that your filler or the needle used to inject it may have irritated a bundle of nerves that exits from the cheekbone a couple of centimeters below the pupil (if you are looking straight ahead).  If this is the case, it may take a few months for this to resolve on its own as is typical for this sort of problem.  If you were treated with a hyaluronic acid filler, treatment with hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler may also help relieve the feeling of pressure.  Injecting the cheek area is best done by a well trained and experienced physician injector with good knowledge of facial anatomy to help reduce the incidence of this problem.
