it is likely that you need fillers into the cheek and surrounding areas to lift the folds so that you do not look puffy in this area. I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist who uses cannulas and can do facial "contouring" with fillers rather than just line filling.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Filling in the nasolabial grooves with a filler such as radiesse  looks very natural and is easy to undergo.

Hi MT.  Dermal fillers work best in the area round the mouth to correct a line or fold that you have while NOT smiling.  Although they can help to smooth the lines you have when you smile, it would look unnatural if you put too much in to correct lines you only see while smiling.  Your smile looks very natural and we would not recommend making changes to it with fillers at this time.

Thanks for your question.  In the hands of an experienced injector with lots of experience, you should be able to have a filler used on your NL folds without altering the appearance of your smile.  From your photos I think you would be a good candidate for a hyaluronic acid filler like Juvederm Ultra Plus or Perlane.  These HA fillers carry the added side benefit of being reversible with an injection of hyaluronidase should you not like the outcome.  Best of luck to you!

When done properly, the filler treatments shouldn´t look strange or fake, there are so many cases out there of overdone filler treatments I understand your concern.From what I see on your pictures i would recommend .5cc of filler on each nasolabial fold, no more, and for your lower face I think considering a small to medium size chin implant could improve the whole area.Good luck.

No, if the filler is performed correctly, it should increase your beauty!   Perlane or Juvederm Ultra will fill in the folds without changing your smile or being noticeable.  Just be sure not to have too much.  1-2 syringes at most.
