I am a 24 year old actress/singer/model and would like to get rid of my smile lines WITHOUT effecting my ability to sing well. I fear that any sort of filler would numb or tighten the muscles I use to sing. If this is relevant, I am German and believe that I genetically have thick skin and a lot of muscle tone. Answer: A little Radiesse fills in the nasolabial grooves nicely without affecting your singing voice. Radiesse is a great filler for the nasolabial grooves and still allows you to have facial expression and doesn't affect your singing voice.
