Best Skin Tightening device to prolong youthfulness?

Hello, I am a 42 y.o. female. I take pretty good care of my skin, retinoid body lotion, sunscreen etc. I do have some sun damage which I know has contributed to the problem.I startednoticing wrinkling on my upper thighs, outer side of my glutes and on my shoulders when my arms/legs are raised. I derma roll once/month 1.5 mm with no improvement. I realize this is part of aging, but are there any non invasive procedures that are successful in dramatically improving this to prolong youthfulness?
