Answer: Skin tone and texture The right treatment really depends on the degree of skin laxity. For mild to moderate skin laxity you can consider BodyTite. This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology to tighten skin. No general anesthesia is needed. Results can be enhanced by adding Morpheus8 treatments. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Morpheus8 can help tighten up unwanted loose skin for a more defined look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Treatment Recommendations for Sagging Skin Depending on the area of the body where you have sagging and crepey skin, anywhere from creams to non-invasive laser procedures are recommended. Retinols help restore skin's elasticity and thicken collagen (this gives skin structure) as well as elastin (this gives skin the stretch). Lactic, salicylic, glycolic and hyaluronic acid can keep the skin moisturized and help improve the skin's appearance. For our patients, we offer non-surgical treatments and technology such as Venus Freeze- an ultrasound energy, that heats skin at specific depths (up to 5mm deep) and locations to induce collagen production and help skin become firmer. Ultrasound technology has been used in medicine for many decades, and ultrasound skin tightening has an excellent safety profile. It is effective for older patients looking for a mini facelift without surgery and for younger patients who want to maintain their skin profile and prevent skin laxity as they age.
