Is it possible to fix having too much lipo done to banana roll based on my photos? How would this be done?

I am 2 months post op from lipo/bbl. 5000ccs were removed and 800cc into each butt cheek. I am in the process of deciding if I should stay with my same plastic surgeon or find a new one for my revision. Any of you on the east coast who can fix this let me know :-)
