I have a slightly crooked/under rotated nose. I met with a few plastic surgeons & all said I have pronounced soft triangles, but the chance of success in rhinoplasty are low given how mild my deviation is & that it could cause neg results. I'm curious if there are any non surgical options like PDO threads, to lift my tip, lift the soft tissue that shows under nose when I smile, or straighten the nose. I'm still getting a septoplasty for breathing issues but don't want rhinoplasty now.

Hi @BrookeB19! You would be a great candidate for PDO threads in the jowls and nasolabial folds. PDO threads are great for lifting facial anatomy for structural changes and to promote collagen and myofibrolast stimulation improving overall skin texture and health. Best of luck to you!
