Can Botox lift the nose? (photos)

Based on what I see in your picture the answer is no. Generally the answer is yes though, Botox has a role in lifting the nose. However, that would be a dynamic lift meaning some people when they smile the nose plunges down and a correct injection of Botox can help that not happen. However, your nose droopiness looks to be more static, and you have it smiling and no smiling, which would be the case for surgical vs liquid nose job. Either can be very helpful.
