Can Botox lift the nose? (photos)

Question

My nose is going straight then it dropped there is no tip no nothing can Botox lift my nose because when I smile it becomes worse I can’t show people my profile and I’m scared of getting a nose surgery so please answer me

While an in-person consultation is needed, in some cases we can inject some Botox below the nose and above the upper lip and by relaxing the muscles there, tip of nose can be lifted. Based on what I see in your picture the answer is no. Generally the answer is yes though, Botox has a role in lifting the nose. However, that would be a dynamic lift meaning some people when they smile the nose plunges down and a correct injection of Botox can help that not happen. However, your nose droopiness looks to be more static, and you have it smiling and no smiling, which would be the case for surgical vs liquid nose job. Either can be very helpful.
