I believe you were still quite swollen, only four months after your rhinoplasty surgery. You you will be surprised how much narrower your nose becomes over the next 10 months. After your nasal swelling has dissipated, depending on your examination, microdroplets Silikon 1000 nasal injections may be considered for lowering nostril margins, and for raising the bridge without the inconvenience of additional surgery. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Hi and thank you for your question! While we cannot reduce the size of nose with filler injection done in a nonsurgical nose job, we can reshape the nose. Filler can be used to reconstruct and reshape the nose bridge which will contribute to a slimmer overall look of the nose. Some filler can also be carefully injection around the nostrils and tip of nose. I hope it helps and good luck!
Hi and thanks for your question. I would suggest waiting for a few months. Your nose is still changing from the rhinoplasty procedure and you may not need to add filler. If it does not change or if you are really bothered by this alot, it would not be very difficult to add a conservative amount of filler to the bridge of your nose. This will straighten your nose on profile and will give the appearance of a thinner bridge from the front view. Because you have had rhinoplasty, filler injections in your nose will be somewhat tricky (and a bit more risky than usual), so you should really only go to someone who has had considerable experience with the procedure. Hope that helps.
Hi, Thanks for the great question, A non surgical nose job or liquid nose job can definitely make your nose straighter, in fact it can appear straighter in a matter of minutes as well as it appearing more thin! Please see a cosmetic physician near you to schedule a consultation! Good luck on your liquid nose job endeavor!
You are still healing after surgery. Even after healing these issues may not resolve but only time will tell. We are happy to help you if these issues do not resolve by the 6-12 months depending on how much this is bothering you. Best wishes
Thank you for your photos. 4 months is quite early to revise the nose either with surgery or filler. There is usually still swelling at the bridge and the tip which can make the bridge appear more wide on front view and relatively scooped out on side view. It is best to wait closer to a year to allow the swelling to decrease and for the tissues to stretch and settle into their final position. Your nostril show and overall shape can continue to change during this period. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MD Plastic Surgery

Nonsurgical rhinoplasty using fillers has a very specific role in my practice. It helps me smooth the appearance of the bridge of the nose as well as add a little volume to the nasal tip and lip it up. It is not an replacement for rhinoplasty in the majority of cases though. A neuromodulator l...
Like nasal taping, nose clips will lead to a temporary change in somebody's nasal appearance. We do not advocate the use of these devices. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
