Should I just get a tip plasty, rhinoplasty (implant/cartilage) or both? (Photos)

Question

Been insecure with how big the tip of my nose in all my life. I am very grateful or satisfied with the overall structure of my nose except for my tip. No need to even add additional length on my tip unlike most results. My main insecurity is how it looks like in the first photo, as it’s the most obvious when I take photos. I also feel like I want my tip to be slightly lifted so my alars look smaller without surgically removing any skin. Can this be achievable with tip plasty alone or would I also need to do implants?

Based on your photos, you appear to have somewhat thick nasal skin, with a bulbous and droopy nasal tip appearance, and an overprojected nasal profile appearance, especially in your lower bridge. Goals of rhinoplasty would be to achieve narrowing on your front view, along with a tip lift, and bridge lowering, for a less distracting and more feminine nasal profile appearance.
