I am still swollen and have red blotches 7 days after eMatrix. Is this normal? Will I be left with blotchy skin?

I recommend the use of bioflavonods to reduce swelling after eMatrix and other sublative procedures. Swell-X is what I recommend. 

This can happen with eMatrix especially if you have sensitive or dry skin, or if the treatment level is very high. Easy to fix- exclude infection, swabs if needed, and moderate potents CS ointment for 2 days under occlusion. Your treating doctor can prescribe. All the best, Dr Davin S. Lim

eMatrix is normally a procedure that we describe as having "social" downtime. Meaning your friends and family will know you had something done, but people who don't know you or don't see you often, may not notice during your recovery phase. The recovery is usually 3-5 days, with tiny red marks being the most common stated visual concern. Anything else I would advise you to return to your treating office for an evaluation.
