Can Picosure laser heat cause fat atrophy in face like Thermage & Ultherapy?

I'm considering Picosure laser treatment for my face to help heal superficial scarring/scratches and redness caused by a Dermapen treatment. I can't afford to have anything else go wrong with my face and want to know if the heat could potentially melt fat like the nightmare experiences some have had with Thermage, Ultherapy and even Fractional laser. Thank you.

Yes. The 532 nm is designed for the red, pink colors. That would be your best option. Find a doctor with a Picosure laser with the 532 nm handpiece.

Although PicoSure is far better than anything else on the market, it is not a magic wand. It breaks up the ink in your tattoo so that your body can reabsorb it, but it will take more than one session. It will probably take about 4 treatments depending on the size and intricacy of your tattoo....
