Can Picosure laser heat cause fat atrophy in face like Thermage & Ultherapy?

I'm considering Picosure laser treatment for my face to help heal superficial scarring/scratches and redness caused by a Dermapen treatment. I can't afford to have anything else go wrong with my face and want to know if the heat could potentially melt fat like the nightmare experiences some have had with Thermage, Ultherapy and even Fractional laser. Thank you.

Answer: It is unlikely that Picosure would cause fat atrophy since Picosure laser is made so it produces less heat damage.
