Yes you can combine Collagen Dietary supplements along with laser Hair Removal.
Collagen supplements are known to improve the hair growth and help as they are rich in Proline and Glycine which are needed in formation of Keratin. Collagen also acts as Antioxidant for hair follicles. 
But there are no studies to implement that collagen supplements can hinder Hair Reduction by lasers.
