In my thirties, have been losing my hair for over a decade now. Solidly in Norwood 7 territory with low donor density, I know this wouldn't be a walk in the park but could FUT/FUE even be considered? A hairline with medium density scalp would be great. Basically I'm trying to find out if I would come out on the other end, 3-4 sessions/25000$/2 years later with mediocre results unless I got really lucky. I have no problem harvesting from my chest/beard if necessary. Maybe in combination with SMP?

Currently you are a Norwood 4. The donor region is good quality. Best to reduce rate of hair loss with medications. You are a good candidate for hair transplant.
Hello and thank you fo your question. I have found that Biotin is very good for hair health and growth. A lot of my patients have luck with vitamin D3 which has several health benefits. Best wishes to you.Dr. T
