hello i'm 14 weeks post op rhino and was wondering if it is okay to use a qtip to clean your nose? and also is there any way that cleaning the inside of your nose with the qtip could damage the result in any way? thanks much...

At 6 days post - op it may be tool soon to tell if your implant is too high. You should wait at least 3 months and then decide. If it is too big, it can be replaced with a lower one.

Post-op nasal crusts and clunks of snot occur normally after the rhinoplasty; using nasal saline spray to wash your inner nose is pretty useful and it will improve your nasal breathing.
