Thank you for your question and for providing photos. While you aren’t interested in fillers, injectable treatments are likely your best solution to soften these lines. Dermal fillers add volume back to the face and diminish the appearance of nasolabial folds.
You may consider combining dermal filler injections with skin-smoothing treatments, such as RF microneedling. This technique uses radiofrequency energy to tighten the skin, smooth away lines, and increase the body’s elastin and collagen production. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injector. They will be able to suggest the best course of action based on your age and aesthetic goals.

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. If you prefer not to use fillers, fat grafting is another option. At the age of 19, you can also try non surgical tightening techniques as well.

You are too young for a facelift. I consider the midface lift one of the most worthless procedures out there. Even in the best of hands it will accomplish practically nothing of benefit.
