Can I cure my scarring caused by dermatillomania/skin excoriation? (Photo)

Warning, graphic pictures. I suffer from Dermatillomania/Skin Excoriation, and sadly I have relentlessly picked at my chest, shoulders, and stomach even which have caused many indented scars, some white spots, and dark spots. I was wondering if any treatment is available for this kind of scarring. I understand that I won't ever look 100% but I want to at least be able to wear normal tops and to go out and not have people ask me questions about my skin.
