Will they look any bigger when they "drop and fluff"? Or at least have more fullness on the sides and bottom?

I have been feeling really depressed since my BA because I feel I was told to go way too small for my body. I feel I could have gotten 450cc (instead of my 325) and looked way more proportionate. I am wondering if they will fill out on the sides or bottom. I know everyone is different, but to me they look like round spots on my chest instead of full breasts. It's only 2 weeks PO but they dont hang at all and feel very very insignificant on me.

I think 2 weeks is too soon a time to comment on the results for breast augmentation. Let the implants settle down and merge with your breast and let the swelling settle down and only then you will be able to assess what the breast augmentations results look like. Wait for next 10-12 weeks for final assessment.

It looks to me like you have fairly tight skin. I would suggest to you that it will likely improve over time and the breasts could look bigger. However, they won't look as big as a 450 cc breast implant. Talk to your plastic surgeon about his recommendation for size. Good luck. Dr. ALDO

It is still early to judge your final results but they will look better as time goes by, the only thing that you will need to consider is to change for bigger implants in the future if you are not haapy with the size of your breast, there wont be a lot of difference in the size of your breast as your implants size doesnt change and you dont have a lot of breast tissue.
