60 days post op hair line lowering and 51days post op for hair transplant (FUT). 2 procedures to lower my hairline. Thoughts?

Skin near the recipient area is full with thick dandruff and yellowish, is this normal? Can I use Anti-Dandruff Shampoo like Head & Shoulder in recipient area? w/o affecting the new hair?Still have one dot size scab on recipient area, I accidentally rubbed it, there was a little bleeding, it’s been almost two weeks but it didn’t heal it seems it has a puss inside. What should I do to that? is it serious?or it will go on its own? Got Seborrhoeic dermatitis esp. around my nose and eyebrows.
