Pectoral muscle pain after explant. Implants removed 1 year ago. Advice?

I would suggest meeting with a pain specialist physician and discussing a nerve block with steroids to try and help settle down your pain. With breast moving, your pain may be more in breast tissue than muscle. Also, acupuncture might be helpful.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having. I would begin by visiting with the surgeon who removed your implants to check for any obvious cause of your discomfort. Further testing or referral to a specialist may be indicated to determine diagnosis and treatment.
