Can the dark circles after rhinoplasty be corrected with fraxel CO2? (Photo)

 I always had dark circles but after my rhinoplasty got worse. Looking on the internet I found The darck circle after the surgery Is blood trapped along the orbital rim And it can last as long as 6 months. My question is, the blood trapped in lower lid and the pigmentation can be corrected with fraxel co2. Tree month already past after the surgery

I am not sure what the issue is with the skin of your nose a month after your rhinoplasty. You would need to be examined to determine what the problem might be.  Any treatment would be determined by the cause.  If your surgeon is unable to see you, I would see someone else.
