I just want the skin pull up on my nose. Is this possible?

Shortening the nose by pulling up the skin cannot be done but a rhinoplasty just to shorten the nose can be done without other changes with a natural result  

The rhinoplasty procedure involves shaping cartilage and bone on the tip/ bridge of the nose. Rhinoplasty does not involve skin surgery to lift the nose, however the skin is simply elevated off the cartilage and bone  to enable sculpting of the cartilage and bone underneath the skin. There is no non-surgical method for re-creating the effect that you get when you elevate the skin of your nose.  

Following
advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you
what to do without seeing photos and without examining you, physically
feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical
history and discussing the pros and cons of each procedure would not be in your
best interest. I would suggest that you find a surgeon certified by the
American Board of American Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of
The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS)  or otolaryngologist that you trust and
are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in
person.

Thank you for your question but a full examination aided by digital photos to create changes in your nose so that you might see the final result prior to surgery to make certain that your desires will be fulfilled with surgery are really needed.Dr. Corbin

The only way to correct a ptotic nasal tip is by a formal rhinoplasty.  The underlying cartilage structure needs to be addressed by surgery to correct the problem.  Non surgical measures generally are not very useful.  Good luck.  Donald R. Nunn MD  Atlanta Plastic Surgeon

Your nose can be shortened without any other changes in your appearance if that is what you want. By lifting the skin your demonstrating the result you want but nothing can be done to the skin to permanently make the desired change; removing a small amount of cartilage and suturing the tip in the new location will accomplish this.
