1 month post op Rhinoplasty, my nose is covered in dead skin. What can I do?

My nose is covered in dead skin and looks "dirty" when you look at it. Whenever I get out of the shower or sweat my nose turns snow white because it is covered in dead skin. I've tried reaching out to my surgeon but he's busy with surgeries. Isn't there like a cream to get rid of it? what do I do?
