Is this a good result? 1 week post otoplasty and the ear seems too pinned from the middle. Advice? (photos)

Hi Lisa1963,I have not heard of anybody using/producing metal based sutures. Sutures are mostly made of materials strong enough to hold tissues together but still flexible enough for knotting. 

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with your ears. The cost of otoplasty varies from patient to patient and surgeon to surgeon. Having said that, it is probably in the $3000-$6000 range for most cases.
