. . . and this potential "over-correction" to a degree (which we usually aim to do) will most certainly relax a bit (especially if you still have external sutures in, and as other deeper sutures dissolve). In short, early distortions are not uncommon and rarely persist as they originally appear; give things at least 3 months and stay in touch with your surgeon.
