Thank you for your question! Glasses can usually be worn once dressing has been removed. Although, I recommend speaking with your surgeon and following his/her post op instructions. Good luck!
Otoplasty are often slightly over corrected, as the ears typically “open up” following surgery. If you want the ears to loosen up, I would give it a few more months. Pictures would be helpful.
