There is no maximum number in an eyebrow transplant surgery.  It has to do with your goal.  A typical eyebrow transplant surgery may require 300+ graft for each eyebrow.

Eyebrow transplant surgery can certainly reshape or change your eyebrow.  You would need to see a doctor for a consultation to make sure this is the right procedure for you.

The transplanted hair will look the same as the hair from the donor area.  You can always color your hair if you want the colors to match.  This is something you need to discuss with your doctor.
