Answer: How much length does phalloplasty add The only way to increase the length of the penis when erected is by surgery to detach the suspensory ligaments. This is done through a small incision just above the base of the penis inside the pubic hairline so it is covered. By doing so the penis can be pulled out from the bone so that more of the shaft can be seen and "used" The amount of increase depends on how much of the penis was behind the bone to start with. On the average about 1 inch increase can be obtained, although I have seen as much as 2 1/2 inch or as little as hardly any increase. You being a tall person it is possible that there may be more penis behind the bone than the average person and therefore more can be expected to come out. However, without seeing you and examining you it is difficult to determine. You should see a qualified surgeon for consultation.

If you are fit as the numbers suggest, it may require going to a few areas of the body to get the fat -- like waist, abdomen, inner thigh, back, etc.

We ask that patients refrain from sexual activity and strenuous activity (like the gym) for 1 week otherwise there are very few restrictions. Patients go back to work and other activities immediately. Typically you could expect do gain a half to 3/4 an inch in length and 1 inch in girth.
