However, if you would like a larger penis a safe and effective way to achieve this is through fat transfer along with platelet rich plasma, called S.T.I.F. This procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Fat is obtained from the flank or abdomen and injected into the penis. You will be swollen for a couple of weeks but the results can be outstanding. I would avoid any prosthetics or implants given the problems associated with them.
