Ptosis /stradismus surgery - will this help the asymmetry in my eyes? (photos)

Hi My eyes are very asymmetrical, which is my main concern. I think I may have ptosis and stradismus in my left eye-- my father has similar eyes. I have very dry eyes and they don't close completely when I sleep. I feel that I am always squinting the lower eyelid of my left eye. I am very sensitive to light Please let me know if ptosis and or stradismus surgeries will help the asymmetry in my eyes. Many thanks.
