Revision for crease or swelling? I can't tell the difference based on some photos lol (Photos)

I had my ptosis surgery back of May 2023. My surgeon told me, I will had to wait for 3-6 months for real results. Despite this I still wasn't fully healed (Photo 1) So my surgeon prescript some ointment and eyedrops for a while. I seen a little difference but still noticeable (I'm still icing my eye at this point as well.) It's been a year since my last appointment. I still believe in getting my eyelids symmetrical as possible. Here are some recents photos after the first. Should I consider it?
