You have upper eyelid central partial levator disinsertion. Eventually this can cause ptosis but you do to exhibit ptosis. Thank you for posting your question. From what you are describing, tt seems there is a weakness of the levator of your left eye. When it attachment gets weaker or gets lost it is noted as a high eyelid crease. Most patients are being then perceived as being tired or sad. It can occur on one side or on both. It can be congenital or age related. Contact lenses can contribute in some cases. Unilateral ptosis repair can be tricky to match perfect symmetry. You will be best served consulting with an oculoplastic or plastic surgeon who has a focus on ptosis repair. I hope this helps
