Dear doctors, could you please advise on what kind of surgery I should have to address my issue? About 8 months ago my left eyelid started to droop and the crease is now much higher. In general I feel that both eyelids no longer retract like they used to. Both lids look normal in the morning and the left one droops and the crease gets higher as the day goes on Can you also say if crease lowering is actually achievable?

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. It would be very unusual to still have post operative swelling. It is difficult to determine the cause of your problems from viewing the photos. You should have a consultation with an experienced oculoplastic surgeon.
