Best to give it more time to heal. Eyelid ptosis surgery can be difficult, especially revision eyelid ptosis but it is possible using a special technique.

I had ptosis surgery 10 years ago and my eyelid was overcorrected. If I massage, is it possible I can lower the eyelid height?

The eyelids will not change with massage at this point. You may need eyelid retraction correction. See an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation.

You do not appear to have extra eyelid skin.  The hollowing on the left upper eyelid is often associated with ptosis, although you don't have significantly low eyelid position.  You may have mild ptosis on both sides.  Your best bet is to have an in-person oculoplastic evaluation.
