I would be curious what type of ptosis repair you had. Generally this is a situation I would use anterior elevator ptosis surgery to address. It is helpful for mobilizing the anterior orbital fat into the eyelid to help restore the upper eyelid fold. Once you have let the eyelid heal, consider reposting for suggestions about options to address any unsatisfactory issues with the eyelid including a lack of fullness of the upper eyelid fold.
