I had ptosis surgery 2 months ago with my oculoplasty surgeon and my eyelid still puffy. Please what should i do next?! (photos)

Two months of healing is really just the start of the healing curve.  For these complex eyelids, I generally recommend letting the eyelid tissues settle for up to 12 months.  I would be curious what type of ptosis repair you had.  Generally this is a situation I would use anterior elevator ptosis surgery to address.  It is helpful for mobilizing the anterior orbital fat into the eyelid to help restore the upper eyelid fold.  Once you have let the eyelid heal, consider reposting for suggestions about options to address any unsatisfactory issues with the eyelid including a lack of fullness of the upper eyelid fold.

Best to give it more time to heal. Eyelid ptosis surgery can be difficult, especially revision eyelid ptosis but it is possible using a special technique.
