I had right eye ptosis surgery and fixation of the incision to the levator to create a defined lid crease (tarsal fixation). The ptosis is gone, but I think the incision and tarsal fixation was done a little too high. My left (normal) eye is hooded which I like, but the right (operated) eye crease seems higher and there is more eyelid tarsus exposed. I think the fixation was done too high. Can the tarsal fixation be undone and the adhesions of the skin to the levator be released a bit?

I would consider getting a second opinion, it is possible you need a revision surgery. If you do undergo a revision, consider a surgeon who will do your procedure while you are awake and able to demonstrate a solid repair that is symmetric before leaving the operating room.
