Nipples asymmetrical after breast lift on one side, even with areola reduction surgery. How to fix? (Photo)

Rational684881
Hi, I had breast implants and a lift on one side six months ago. Prior, I had tubular breasts. On the breast with the anchor lift, the nipple has not stretched at all, despite the surgeon telling me there were dissolvable stitches that would release. The left breast with just the implant stretched quite a bit, so I had an in-office areola reduction procedure six weeks ago. It seems that nipple is stretching out again. What needs to be done to make the areolas closer in size?
